I worked with Rhonda over a 3 year period in two different roles at one company.

In my first moments with her, it was clear that she truly cared about creating a conducive environment where people could feel comfortable both doing their jobs but also be open with one another to get past barriers of inefficiency, communication breakdowns or combative opinions. These are typically things that companies struggle with on an ongoing basis but Rhonda’s ability to “put them on the table” on all interactions allowed them to be effectively diminished.

In my client facing role, I had to depend on Rhonda often to oversee important yet difficult projects become successful. Always taking the time to fully understand my goals and concerns, Rhonda became hyperaware of the issues I had to squash on a daily basis and did a great job creating a system of processes that streamlined my required objectives. Taking the time to understand what I needed and simultaneously educating me on what her team needed led to very successful projects for our company. Rhonda has an innate ability to review a process from the cloud level above and flesh out the requirements from people to process. All the while, truly caring about the individual people on a very personal level and ensuring that every voice was heard throughout. Above all, she knows how to foster trust among departments and Managers that drastically strengthened company culture.
